We stayed two nights at Junction, TX (right arrow) on the way to
Davis Mountains State Park (left arrow). A severe thunderstorm came over us the
first night, but it did not start until we were fully set up and tucked in! This
radar image was from 6:00AM the following morning.
This is a really nice, small campground. There are only 13
sites (all full hookup) located between a large pecan grove and the North Llano River.
A lone deer in the pecan trees.
There were several cute road signs on the way to the campground.
