Our weekend guests returned to Lake Jackson on Tuesday, 9/16/2008 to find little damage to their home, but a lot of limbs were down in the yard.  Fortunately, much of the food in their freezer was still good (some still frozen) after no power for 4 days!  There was no power or phone service, but the cell phones worked, and they had some power from the generator they found at Costco in San Antonio (lucky find).   Pictures from Lake Jackson will be added below when available.
